The Team

As Foundation’s Head of Marketing, you’ll join and lead our Marketing team to set new industry standards as we redefine what marketing looks like in web3. Alongside our Product and Brand teams, you will define and cultivate a marketing approach that brings our products to life through powerful, human-centered storytelling. Working alongside a team of creatives and visionaries, you’ll join us as we collectively work to build what’s next for web3.

The Role

  • Lead, facilitate, and refine the way our Marketing team works across the organization by ensuring that we’re constantly striving to create the best possible environment for incredible marketing work to emerge from
  • Define and cultivate a strong marketing culture that brings our products to life through powerful, human-centered storytelling and developing web3-native marketing playbooks that set new industry standards
  • Drive collaboration between multiple cross-functional partners, including Brand Design, Product, and Partnerships, to implement marketing strategies that contribute towards key business outcomes
  • Influence product development by regularly sharing industry trends and community feedback
  • Scale and lead the Marketing team as the company grows, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Set and maintain a high bar for measurable performance, execution, and shipping, aligning to wider company goals and objectives and key results (OKRs)

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or similar roles with a strong track record of driving clear business outcomes
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing leadership role with a proven track record of hiring, managing, and retaining top talent
  • Ability to weave together multifaceted marketing campaigns in collaboration with Brand, Partnerships, and other internal teams
  • Excited about developing, executing, and fine-tuning Marketing strategies and processes with an eye towards measurable results
  • Ability to transform technical subjects into insightful and emotionally resonant stories that speak to broad audiences
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to drive projects forward with processes that ensure efficient and high impact cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong and persuasive written and verbal communicator who can advocate for their ideas and their team
  • Data-driven and pragmatic while also balancing highly creative strategies and considering marketing as a craft

Targeted Base Salary Range: $180,000 - $210,000
